For The View on University, we designed the building’s shared spaces to feel like a natural extension of home... comfortable, welcoming, and full of life. Durable materials, layered textures, and moments of color bring warmth and energy to lounges, study areas, and gathering spaces without overpowering the architecture. Playful artwork adds personality throughout, creating small moments of surprise that keep the environment vibrant and memorable. The result is a series of common spaces that feel relaxed, social, and effortlessly livable, the kind of places residents naturally gravitate toward.
